This one-day class provides a thorough introduction to Kubernetes and will provide participants with the basic knowledge and skills to manage and orchestrate containerized services with Kubernetes. The course will focus on the usage of Kubernetes primitives, core APIs, and real world container deployment use cases. By the end of this course you will have a thorough understanding of: key Kubernetes concepts, Kubernetes architecture, strengths and weaknesses, how to orchestrate and deploy services, and how to leverage the underlying Kubernetes documentation resources.
The course is delivered using a combination of interactive lectures leveraging PowerPoint, whiteboards, core references, instructor solo and follow-me demonstrations, and hands-on labs.
